CM expressed grief over the death of Sathya Sai Baba.

Naveen Patnaik on Sunday expressed grief over the death of Sathya Sai Baba saying his message of love and compassion guided millions worldwide. In his condolence message Patnaik said that Baba showed the path of spiritual awakening and inspired people through his services.

The path shown by Baba would continue to guide mankind, he said. He said Baba showed the path of spiritual awakening and inspired people through his service to the poor and distressed.

In a message, Governor MC Bhandare expressing his grief said Baba`s philanthropic contribution made him an unique spiritual Guru who translated words into action.
