CM reviews progress of different projects by Western Odisha Development Council.

Naveen Patnaik on Saturday has reviewed the progress of different projects by the Western Odisha Development Council and Integrated projects for the Tribal & Backward districts and discussed with the concerned district Collectors through video conferencing.

The Chief Minister has directed the Collectors to utilize the assistances by the month of June. The Chief Minister also directed the Collectors to review the progress every week and to upload the informations along with the images by 10th of every month. Each year the state government is providing Rs 100 crore to the Western Odisha Development Council. The state government has provided Rs 683 crore to the Western Odisha Development Council so far.

Chief Secretary Bijaya Kumar Patnaik, Development Commissioner, Principal Secretary of Home, Secretary of Planning and Coordination were present.
