Naveen Patnaik emerged as 2nd favorite Best Performing CM

Orissa Chief Minister emerges as 2nd favorite in Best Performing CM in ranking. This is according to NDTV Opinion Poll One Year Report Card.

As the UPA government completes one year in power in its second stint, NDTV-GfK MODE conducted a nationwide opinion poll to look at the performance of the current government and leadership.

Survey finding on CM Ranking: When asked to rate the best performing Chief Ministers in the last one year, Gujarat CM Narendra Modi and Orissa CM Naveen Patnaik emerged as the favourites closely followed by Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Assam CM Tarun Gogoi.
