Naveen Patnaik placed condolence proposal in Assembly.

Naveen Patnaik placed the condolence proposal for four former legislatures and one Saheed. Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh, BJP leader kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, NCP leader Amar Prasad Satpathy, CPI legislature Adikanda Sethy participated in the discussion.

The Speaker Pradip Kumar Amat also tribute to the departed soul. One minute silence prayer offered for them. The Speaker informed the house that the this condolence proposal to be sent to their family.

The Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik placed condolence proposal for four former legislatures Niladri Naik of Telkoi constituency, who has expired on 23rd December 2010, Raghunath Ray of Chilika constituency, who has expired on 30th December 2010, Ripu Nath Kisko of Baisinga constituency who has expired on 10th January 2011 and one Saheed, Brundaban Behera of Angul who has expired on 16th January 2011.

And Odia Jawan Pramod Chandra Naik who was working in Assam Riffle expired on 21st December 2010.
