Orissa CM to attend Chief Ministers conference of 4 Naxal affected states in Kolkata

Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to attend Chief Ministers conference of 4 Naxal affected states in Kolkata on Tuesday. The meeting has been called by the union home minister P Chidambaram to finalise the strategies for tackling Maoists in the region. The Chief Ministers of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar are also expected to attend the meeting. It should be noted that Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday attended CM’s conference on internal security held in New Delhi.
