Orissa: NMRs, DLRs engaged before 12nd April 1993 to be appointed as permanent government employee says CM.

The NMRs and DLRs engaged before 12nd April 1993 will be appointed as permanent government employee cum Work charged .

A list of 3631 NMRs and DLRs were prepared in 2005.Out of which 400 were permanent in 2008-10. Now the list 3115 as some of them has left their job and some of them have been died. Out of total 3115 workers ,894 class -3 and 2221 class 4 identified.

The procedure for their appoinement is going on.Revenue Minister Suryanarayan Patra on behalf of the Chief Minister has expressed in the house, replying to calling attention of legislature Pradip Maharathi,Amar Prasad Satpathy and Ashok Chandra Panda.
