US Consul General meets CM

Beth A Payne, the US Consul General, Kolkata met Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at his secretariat chamber today. She described the visit as a courtesy call.

Payne said she congratulated the Chief Minister on completion of the successful election in the State. During her three day visit to the State, Payne went to Puri to see the car festival. Stating that the festival was amazing, Payne said she will return next year also to see the rath yatra.
