Orissa CM Naveen Patnaik terms BJP try to destabilize society

Bhubaneswar: The chief minister of Orissa and the president of Biju Janata Dal Mr Naveen Patnaik is all set to attack its 11 year long friend turned foe BJP terming it as communal element.

“BJP is trying to destabilize the society on grounds of religion”, alleged Naveen on Tuesday while addressing a huge public rally in steel city Rourkela”.

He also alleged the Congress led UPA government’s continuous apathy towards Orissa has caused a lot of financial problems for the state. “Only the regional parties can bring progress to states and the national parties which are in the electon fray are only shedding crocodile tears. They do not bear any obligation for our state”, he opined. In the presence of thousands of people in the rally at Uditnagar, Mr patnaik boasted of his governments performance saying his government has already adopted many progressive programmes like providing rice to BPL families at Rs 2 per kg and Madhubabu pension Youjana for the Old.
